it started off with....

  • warming up by eating sandwiches for breakfast - turned out most of us haven't had any breakfast prior to the exercise lol - thanks to MM and S for providing the food ;)
  • after everyone was ready to start, we climbed slowly with hopes that by the end of the exercise, we'd manage to lose a few pounds ;)
  • only to realize that the first 'bukit' out of the eleven turned out to be the steepest.
  • with hard work, struggle, and unfit breathing style, we climbed up and did reach the top.
  • and reward ourselves with a five-minute break of cooling down session. lol. TYPICAL!
  • continued the last 1/5 distance to reach the very top and decided to climb down the slippery pathway.
  • where the ladies stick together to make sure everyone was doing okay climbing down the slippery pathway.
  • and after the challenges, trials and sweat, we finally made it back to where we started and the last ones to make the grand finish were these gorgeous ladies:
  • Ladies, it doesn't matter how you start, what matters is how you finish - still looking gorgeous!! ;)
  • and what do girls do after one and so hour of exercising?
  • THAT'S RIGHT. WE PUT THE FUN IN ("for children under the age of 12") PLAYGROUND.
  • AND WE LOOOOOOOVVVEEEEEEEEEEE IT!!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~
  • Then, after light refreshment, we continued with our halaqah/tarbiyah session under the shades of trees, surrounded by nature, with the sound of birds chirping and monkeys (seriously) swinging from tree to tree (kan ikut halaqah jua kali lol) discussing the topic we each prepared reading prior to the session.
  • SIUUUUKKKKKKK! SERIOUSLY!!!!! =) kan girls, kan??
  • what more can you ask? Except praising Allah for His abundant blessings. Which of Allah's favours can you deny? Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah.
Next destination for halaqah muslimahs activity when she comes home is:

JENG JENG JENG.

hints: sand, sun, waves, breeze.

anyone interested to join in the fun??
